When I say this I mean two things,first thing is that sometimes we get into some extra and unnecessary explanation for a thing we may or may not be responsible for.Trying to explain that why have you taken a particular decision to someone who is unaware of your situation is a stupid thing.I do this a lot and I have realized that sometimes for some of my decisions and actions I should not go into deep explanations because trying to justify myself I actually prove myself some what wrong and irresponsible.So no more justifications and explanations for yourself and your actions.If you are satisfied that you have not done anything wrong than everything is perfectly perfect.
And the second thing is that let the situations and people go that you can’t change.Quite limited things are in your hand and you are only responsible for yourself.You can’t change every thing and everyone.Stop wasting your energy and time in trying to fix others.You can’t just do that.But yes you can change and improve yourself so go ahead and do that.Try to improve yourself.Do guide others but remember this is only what you can do.Rest is their fate.
#2 Stop eyeing others business/life
Keeping an eye on a person’s tiniest move and then judging and evaluating it’s consequences,how will your life be come relaxed.Let people live their life and go through their consequences too.Others life and matters should not bother you.I am sure you will have much in your life that needs your focus and energy.So better invest your energy in improving your life.Believe in me your life will be much more relaxed.
A person with this disease can’t stay relaxed.No matter what he has,he is always worried about why others have such a happy life.
